FS Type Non-Clogging / Vortex Pump

Structure and Function
1. Motor
The motor section of a submersible pump usually uses a dry-type motor. Depending on the application, both Class E and Class F insulation materials may be used.
2. Motor Protection Device
When an abnormal condition occurs in the pump or motor section, or when the motor coil temperature rises abnormally, this protection device will activate to protect the motor.
3. Water-Seepage Prevention Structure for Cable
Since the cable is long, damage to the outer surface or water intrusion at the front end may occur. Therefore, both the outer surface of the cable and the internal core wires adopt an integrated and fully water-seepage-resistant structure.
4. Guide Rail Coupling Device
When connecting the piping and pump, the pump uses its own weight to automatically connect and disconnect. Therefore, inspection and maintenance work can be completed easily without entering the tank.
5. Impeller
Depending on the pump application, impellers are available in open type, closed type, non-clogging type, vortex type, mixed-flow type, and axial-flow type.
6. Mechanical Seal
The shaft seal section that prevents water from entering the motor adopts a mechanical seal made of silicon carbide, which is more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant than cemented carbide, helping to extend the service life of the pump.
